Continuum

1968-72

In 1967 Dante Leonelli was appointed to head the new Plastics Research Unit at the Royal Collage of Art by Professor David Queensbury.

With two other artists, Robert Janz and Michael McKinnon, Leonelli then formed a group concerned with transience and change which they called Continuum. An extensive exhibition of the three artists work was toured throughout the UK by The Arts Council of Great Britain, culminating in the first exhibition of kinetic light art to be shown at the Hayward Gallery.
