As a Visiting Artist Leonelli was invited to do one of his Neonstretch installations in the University’s Museum of Fine Arts. After a look around however, he was convinced the Iowa River’s meandering path through the heart of the University might provide more possibilities for an exciting new work than doing a predictable Museum Installation.
